In view of competence integration and a better commercialisation efficiency, Paul Wurth’s portfolio of special valves for Oil & Gas downstream processes, built up since 2016, was transferred to VCL’s programme. In this regard, Paul Wurth has granted VCL a worldwide licence to use related intellectual property.
The core team of Paul Wurth’s Mönchengladbach office, dedicated to the Oil & Gas business, joined the VCL team since 01. February 2020.
VCL was entitled to market and sell O&G valves on a worldwide scale including spare parts and service business. The existing worldwide Paul Wurth network will support VCL Oil & Gas team on its way to customer satisfaction.
