WEDGE GATE VALVES
The VCL Wedge Gate Valve can be used in different areas of the integrated steel plants, e.g. coke oven plants, Hot Stove of Blast Furnace, Media gas network. Specially designed with an external screw version, it is suitable for applications where it is necessary to isolate the screw threads from the gas flow. Furthermore, the sealing surface of the housing and the wedge plates are hard-faced with corrosion-resistant materials against the harsh environment.

- Optional:
» spring loaded stuffing box
» drain and inspection hole
» cleaning hole and pressure screw
» internal purging with sealing fluid - Other sizes or operating conditions on request
